Getting Around

While Little Italy in Toronto is easily walkable, you may want to explore beyond its borders. Toronto has an excellent public transit system (TTC). For buses or streetcars, you will need a ticket, token, pass, transfer or exact cash on buses and streetcars. TTC Operators do not sell fares or carry cash so you’ll have to be prepared. Tokens can be purchased at most convenience stores. To ride the subway, there is a collector booth located at every subway/RT station where you pay your fare, purchase tickets, tokens and passes. Day passes can only be purchased at subway stations.

Be sure to check the TTC website for the most current information on Fares, passes and prices.
